Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital design (agency or in-house).
- Demonstrable experience in eCommerce and DTC.
- Portfolio featuring modern, premium, non-template work.
- Mastery of Figma.
- Strong typography instincts.
- Ability to articulate design decisions based on impact and data.
- Familiarity or genuine interest in using AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP.
- Experience designing for high-end beauty, apparel, wellness, or food brands is a plus.
- Experience within Shopify ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience building design systems from scratch is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end high-conversion experiences, customer journey redesigns, and growth creative.
- Design full funnel elements including landing flows, onboarding, PDP storytelling, and checkout.
- Create paid social landing pages, advertorials, and quiz flows.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Utilize Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated workflows to increase production speed.
- Continuously evaluate and refine design workflows to improve automation.
- Present work with conviction, utilizing session replays and customer behavior data.
