Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Demonstrated success leading ERP implementation and/or operations within large, complex, global organizations.
- Deep expertise with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and RISE with SAP.
- Strong experience managing complex integrations and enterprise-scale SAP landscapes.
- Proven ability to lead service delivery using KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience implementing automation and modernization initiatives within ERP environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
- Experience with enterprise service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and ERP security, risk, and compliance frameworks in highly regulated environments.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead global run operations for SAP S/4HANA and integrated ERP platforms, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and service continuity.
- Drive operational excellence through structured monitoring, incident management, problem management, change management, and continuous service improvement practices.
- Establish and advance AI-enabled ERP operations and AIOps capabilities using system telemetry.
- Define, monitor, and manage operational KPIs and SLAs to maintain consistent service quality.
- Ensure ERP environments meet cybersecurity, GxP, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and modernization across global ERP operations.
- Lead, develop, and coordinate a global team of internal employees and partner resources.
