Requirements
- Strong BigQuery and SQL skills.
- Expert-level workflow automation: multi-step scenarios, branching, data stores, error handling, and webhooks.
- Practical experience putting LLMs into production with structured outputs, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Experience handling sensitive data, such as pay, performance, and candidate information, in compliance with GDPR.
- Conversational level English language skills.
- Working code ability in JavaScript (Google Apps Script) and/or Python.
- Experience with Google Cloud, including Firebase and AI Studio.
- Experience taking non-technical teams through process changes.
Responsibilities
- Build integrations and workflows against live systems: BigQuery, Google Cloud, Apps Script, and HR/hiring platform APIs.
- Put Claude and Gemini into production workflows, with guardrails and a human checkpoint wherever judgement is needed.
- Design configurable engines rather than one-off scripts and maintain them long-term.
- Work with process owners across People & Culture to turn operational tasks into technical workflows.
- Track the hours and cost efficiency gained from your automations and report on these metrics.
