Requirements
- Production RAG at scale with an eval harness and regression gating.
- Graph RAG: entity and relationship extraction, graph construction, and graph-aware retrieval.
- Python proficiency including async, typing, packaging, and test discipline.
- Experience with GCP Vertex AI and Agent Engine, ADK, or equivalent framework (A2A, OpenAPI, MCP).
- Expertise in Snowflake Cortex Search and Cortex Analyst or equivalent.
- Retrieval evaluation experience including golden sets, LLM-as-judge, and hallucination/attribution analysis.
- Strong literacy in Terraform and SDLC practices.
Responsibilities
- Implement coordinator hardening, critic agents, and guardrails for AI systems.
- Develop chunking strategies and define chunk-metadata contracts.
- Design attribute-filter injection to enforce data entitlement at retrieval.
- Architect hybrid routing workflows across vector, graph, and SQL data paths.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and cloud engineers to deploy AI in production.
