Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Deep proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Expertise in NestJS framework.
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL.
- Experience with asynchronous system architecture.
- Solid understanding of design patterns and clean architecture principles.
- Experience analyzing and refactoring legacy codebases.
- Ability to work in a high-ownership, fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with modern LLM tools for development workflows.
- Fluency in Polish (C2) and English (C1/B2).
- Must be based in Poland with availability for partial US time zone overlap.
Responsibilities
- Drive access automation by implementing SSO solutions and API integrations.
- Rebuild complex legacy license and access-sharing architectures.
- Manage and maintain critical funnel paths, including sign-up and onboarding.
- Handle core backend domains such as compliance and legal access regulations.
- Balance high-velocity product delivery with system reliability and onboarding performance.
- Collaborate on product discovery and translate requirements into clean, scalable architecture.
