Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in software, data, or ML engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture at scale.
- Deep, production-level fluency in at least one major cloud AI ecosystem: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience in client-facing roles leading technical workshops and presenting to C-level audiences.
- Ability to scope and budget AI projects, including cloud cost modeling and team sizing.
- Strong hands-on Python development skills.
- Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Proven experience building knowledge-grounded AI systems and agent architectures in production.
- Solid understanding of transformer architectures and their impact on system design (latency, cost, context windows).
- Fluent English (C2 level).
- Fluent Polish (C2 level).
- Residency in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing engagements, including discovery sessions, technical workshops, and architecture presentations.
- Analyze RFP/RFI documents, assess feasibility, and build technical proposals including architecture, timelines, and cost breakdowns.
- Scope and estimate AI projects end-to-end, considering data readiness, infrastructure, and operational costs.
- Design end-to-end architectures for generative and classical AI systems, including agentic workflows and hybrid search.
- Make and defend technology choices regarding foundation models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Define MLOps/LLMOps practices, data pipelines, CI/CD for models, and evaluation strategies.
- Lead technical design reviews, produce architecture decision records, and mentor engineers on best practices.
