Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or related field.
- Experience with enterprise IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Entra ID).
- Familiarity with privileged access management tools such as BeyondTrust.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security models and related technologies like Silverfort.
- Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Proficiency with automation, scripting, data analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, SOC2, PCI-DSS).
- Familiarity with Python and SQL for data analysis and tool integration.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize IAM solutions, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Entra ID.
- Develop and improve automation for IAM processes, including provisioning, compliance reporting, and entitlement reviews.
- Utilize AI-enabled capabilities and tools like Langchain and Azure Copilot to simplify administration and detect anomalous activities.
- Lead the development of retrieval-augmented LLM tools to support access request queries and remediation.
- Partner with Security, IT, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with frameworks such as HIPAA, SOX, and SOC2.
- Use data and reporting tools to identify access trends and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
