Requirements
- Working proficiency with Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, SSO, and identity lifecycle operations.
- Familiarity with access governance concepts including RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege principles.
- Skill in automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, Power Automate, or Terraform.
- Competency with ServiceNow and Atlassian for workflow management and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including IAM, networking, storage, and compute.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly incident, change, and problem management.
- Demonstrated experience applying Agile and DevOps practices in daily work.
- Ability to independently support application onboarding and perform troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with peers, stakeholders, and end users.
Responsibilities
- Support identity and access projects across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Partner Centre, and related enterprise systems.
- Deliver automation and infrastructure as code initiatives using tools such as Terraform, Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, and n8n.
- Maintain secure access across employee accounts, vendor portals, service principals, enterprise applications, and access packages.
- Contribute to security debt reduction through clean-up, governance, and improvement of identity and access environments.
- Collaborate with Security Operations, Global IT, and corporate teams to improve processes and documentation.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, project delivery via Jira, and change advisory discussions.
