Requirements
- Strong demonstrated experience as a UX or product designer.
- Fluent in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Creative Cloud, Figma, or Marvel.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a big plus).
- Passion for the product being designed.
- Experience owning product design from concept to production.
- Focus on delivering value to users.
- Ability to balance best practices with pragmatic execution.
- Experience designing systems for long-term scalability.
- Comfort operating in the problem space with a long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead all UX and design work in the team, collaborating with the Product team, developers, end users, and business stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to product discussions while championing user experience and brand identity.
- Conduct user research and testing, integrating findings into the design process.
- Design features and functionality for the platform's evolution beyond the MVP stage.
- Help shape and scale product design processes.
- Foster an open, collaborative team culture.
