Requirements
- Practical experience with data platforms, cloud infrastructures, or distributed systems.
- Experience with data streaming or data lakehouse architectures.
- Familiarity with Stackable Data Platform applications: Apache Kafka, Apache NiFi, Apache Spark, OpenSearch, Apache Airflow, Trino, or Apache Superset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in technical account management.
- Passion for open source software.
- Commitment to customer success and partner enablement.
- Willingness to travel approximately once a month for customer, partner, or industry events.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and deliver technical demos.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive solution adoption.
- Support customers with architecture optimization, deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Build trust-based relationships with customers to ensure their success with the Stackable Data Platform.
- Partner with cloud service providers (CSPs), technology partners, and system integrators to integrate Stackable into their offerings.
- Engage with developers and data professionals in open-source communities like GitHub, Discord, or Reddit.
- Represent the company at industry events and create compelling technical content.
