Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related role, or Master's degree and 2+ years' experience, or 8 years' relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM security configuration, including domain, role-based, and user security administration.
- Current Workday Security Administration certification (e.g., Workday Pro Security).
- Experience with HR data access management processes and data governance principles.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance functions.
- Ability to travel onsite a few times a year if working remotely.
- Sound judgment regarding confidentiality and sensitivity of HR data.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on domain, role-based, and user security group creation, modification, and assignment in Workday.
- Monitor active Workday security activities in production and resolve configuration issues.
- Evaluate and process routine access requests for Workday, Peakon, UKG, and other HR platforms via ServiceNow and SharePoint.
- Conduct bi-annual Workday User Access Reviews and maintain related governance documentation.
- Analyze audit requests and coordinate documentation/remediation with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain governance policy trackers and recommend process improvements based on audit and security trends.
