Requirements
- Currently enrolled or holding a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of full stack development experience in a similar role supporting large scale production systems.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the Crypto or Security space.
- Extensive knowledge of the full product development life cycle.
- Demonstrated programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with mainstream development frameworks and distributed system components (caching, messaging).
- Capable of independent system design for large-scale, high-concurrency, and high-availability systems.
- Ability to identify problems in business requirements and provide effective architecture solutions.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to learn quickly and work under stress.
Responsibilities
- Plan and design security-related products and establish technical roadmaps.
- Implement architecture standards, maintain underlying infrastructure, and develop tools to automate operational activities.
- Engage with user requirements and develop APIs for client delivery.
- Identify and resolve back-end system issues to ensure performance and stability.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, and perform system refactoring.
- Design and build libraries and frameworks to improve development efficiency and code quality.
