Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional backend development experience.
- Proficient in TypeScript and ES6+.
- Strong working knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Fastify, Express, or NestJS.
- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization, index management, and schema design.
- Practical understanding of web scaling concepts such as caching (Redis), load balancing, and async processing.
- Good code review practices and a collaborative mindset.
- Good command of English (B2 and above).
Responsibilities
- Deliver features for high-throughput platforms processing millions of daily HTTP requests and messages.
- Take ownership of new features from implementation to deployment with support from senior staff.
- Implement new features, assist in platform scaling, optimize query performance, and maintain system stability.
- Contribute to code quality, write clean code, and refactor existing modules for better maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and cross-functional team collaboration.
