Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience in Project Management with a technology focus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Solid experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proven track record in setting up Scrum processes and coaching teams
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes (planning, estimation, monitoring, risk management)
- Hands-on experience with technical requirements management
- Expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration
- Practical experience with BI tools
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with engineering leadership, including resource allocation and budget planning
- Coordinate, track, and deliver technical projects spanning multiple teams
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to maintain team productivity and cohesion
- Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Plan, manage, and monitor project execution; ensure on-time delivery within allocated budgets
- Conduct project risk analysis, proactively track and communicate risks to stakeholders and customers
- Create and maintain transparent, easy-to-read project documentation and reports
- Establish and continuously improve project management best practices, including tools, templates, and rules of engagement
- Be a resource and people manager: participate in hiring planning, support onboarding, and ensure professional growth of team members
