Requirements

  • 4+ years of commercial experience in Project Management with a technology focus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Solid experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Proven track record in setting up Scrum processes and coaching teams
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes (planning, estimation, monitoring, risk management)
  • Hands-on experience with technical requirements management
  • Expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration
  • Practical experience with BI tools
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with engineering leadership, including resource allocation and budget planning
  • Coordinate, track, and deliver technical projects spanning multiple teams
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to maintain team productivity and cohesion
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Plan, manage, and monitor project execution; ensure on-time delivery within allocated budgets
  • Conduct project risk analysis, proactively track and communicate risks to stakeholders and customers
  • Create and maintain transparent, easy-to-read project documentation and reports
  • Establish and continuously improve project management best practices, including tools, templates, and rules of engagement
  • Be a resource and people manager: participate in hiring planning, support onboarding, and ensure professional growth of team members
