Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce project management, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong expertise in marketplace platforms, with specific focus on Allegro and Amazon.
- Understanding of marketplace advertising, logistics, and sales platform operations.
- Proficiency in analyzing business metrics such as GMV, ROAS, ACoS, CTR, conversion rates, and margins.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce (nice to have).
- Knowledge of tools such as Base, ErpBox, ERP systems, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira (nice to have).
- Understanding of e-commerce legal regulations (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive e-commerce projects and client portfolios.
- Coordinate work across specialist teams including Ads, SEO, Copywriting, and Design.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for marketplace platforms such as Allegro, Amazon, Empik, and Erli.
- Monitor KPI performance and ensure project delivery timelines are met.
- Manage advertising budgets and project profitability.
- Build and develop client relationships, lead meetings, and present campaign results.
- Identify new growth opportunities and recommend additional services.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate actions for time-sensitive situations.
