Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience as a fullstack developer.
- Strong backend proficiency with NestJS and PostgreSQL.
- Experience using Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Frontend experience with React.
- Strong focus on testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
- Startup mindset with high ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Product-oriented thinking and ability to understand business outcomes.
- Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C1).
- Familiarity with AWS and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL performance tuning and indexing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain real-time data integrations and commission systems primarily on the backend.
- Support the evolution and maintenance of incentive and rewards programs.
- Improve existing data pipelines across backend and frontend systems.
- Integrate multiple external data sources while ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Apply a product mindset to connect technical decisions with business outcomes for agents and carriers.
- Maintain high engineering standards through clean, testable code and testing culture.
- Leverage modern AI tools within the development workflow.
