Requirements
- 3–5 years of IT project management experience, specifically in infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud, Network, Integration, Automation, or Software.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end: planning, feasibility, execution, UAT, training, and support handover.
- Experience managing project teams, schedules, budgets, scope, risk, and change management.
- Experience working with Project Owners, Boards, senior management, and technical/business teams.
- Experience working with external suppliers and vendors.
- Knowledge of ITIL and project management best practices.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Practical experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python and JSON).
- Higher education degree, preferably in IT, finance, economics, or a related field.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects end-to-end from planning and feasibility assessment to implementation and support handover.
- Manage project teams, resources, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate projects in IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud Migration, Integration, and Automation.
- Monitor project progress, manage scope, risks, changes, and issues, escalating as needed.
- Prepare status reports and communicate progress to Project Owners, Boards, and senior management.
- Collaborate with business teams, users, suppliers, and partners, including preparing UAT strategies and training.
- Work with PMO to improve project management processes and conduct post-project evaluations.
