Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Demonstrate a caring, supportive and friendly nature
- Computer savvy and comfortable working with multiple monitors
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications
- Results-oriented and comfortable providing solutions
- Understand the value of coaching and feedback
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls and email channels
- Identify customer needs through active listening, emotional intelligence and follow-up questions
- Use the provided knowledgebase to research answers and respond with accurate information
- Document customer needs, interactions and outcomes in the appropriate system
- Create a positive experience through exceptional communication, ownership of the interaction and speed of service
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to meet key performance indicators
