- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Results-oriented with an ability to provide recommendations and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email channels.
- Identify customer needs through active listening, emotional intelligence, and follow-up questions.
- Research and provide accurate information using the provided knowledgebase.
- Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in systems.
- Deliver exceptional service to create a positive experience in every interaction.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to meet performance goals.
