Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance and automated testing.
- Practical proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with test case management and issue-tracking tools like TestRail or Jira.
- Programming or scripting experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to identifying defects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Experience with CI/CD technologies and development tools like Jenkins and Git (nice to have).
- Exposure to API testing, security testing, and ISTQB certification (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure application stability.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, or Pytest.
- Conduct backend and API testing to validate server-side components and application responses.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through bug-tracking systems.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Improve automation strategies, test coverage, and overall testing efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
