Requirements
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience as a data scientist with a track record of deploying AI/ML production solutions.
- Strong AI/ML coding ability with capability to implement custom and vendor-based solutions.
- Experience with generative AI (GenAI) using large language models (LLMs).
- Expertise in AI/ML cloud technologies, preferably on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker).
- Proficiency in Python data science stack (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with legacy enterprise systems and orchestration platforms.
- Experience in establishing and scaling AI/ML programs, developing roadmaps, and increasing user adoption.
- Familiarity with data engineering, ETL processes, data pipelines, and APIs.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Integrate advanced AI capabilities across company suites and evaluate AI coding tools.
- Implement custom-built and vendor/COTS AI solutions from prototype through production.
- Design intelligent classification systems and proactive knowledge management for automated program tracking.
- Implement generative AI (GenAI), large language models (LLMs), and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
- Build agentic frameworks for service ticket management, account administration, and intelligent journey orchestration.
- Supervise and mentor other AI/ML data scientists.
