Requirements
- Expert-level Articulate 360 / Storyline 360 experience.
- Advanced L3/L4 eLearning development experience.
- Strong UI/UX and visual design skills.
- Proven experience developing scenario-based and branched learning.
- Strong understanding of animation and motion design principles.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of WCAG and accessible eLearning development.
- Strong knowledge of SCORM and LMS environments.
- Excellent visual QA and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently interpret storyboards and visualize the final learning experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced L3/L4 eLearning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Build complex scenarios, branching interactions, simulations, and custom learning experiences.
- Translate storyboards into engaging, visually sophisticated learning solutions with minimal supervision.
- Apply strong UI/UX, visual design, animation, and motion principles.
- Develop and troubleshoot custom web-based interactions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure learning experiences meet WCAG accessibility standards and technical requirements.
- Prepare and troubleshoot courses for LMS/SCORM deployment.
- Conduct detailed visual, functional, and technical QA.
- Solve complex development challenges independently and identify creative solutions.
- Explore and apply emerging AI and automation tools to improve the eLearning development process.
