Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, quality, or a related field.
- Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, copackers, warehouses, or 3PLs.
- Experience managing purchase orders, production schedules, inventory, replenishment, or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through to completion.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Ability to identify problems, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational execution of production POs from creation to receipt.
- Maintain visibility to finished-goods inventory across the supply chain network.
- Coordinate production and logistics with suppliers, manufacturers, copackers, and 3PLs.
- Monitor finished packets against quality specifications and investigate root causes of issues.
- Coordinate corrective actions with production partners and ensure documentation.
- Manage e-commerce and Amazon FBA replenishment and inventory availability.
