- Advanced expertise in C#/.NET
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for Model-Driven Apps
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, plugins, integrations, and Azure Functions
- Proven background in technical leadership and mentoring
- Familiarity with Agile engineering practices
- English proficiency at B2+ level
- Solid grasp of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
- Awareness of Responsible AI principles
- Practical experience using AI-powered productivity or development tools
Responsibilities
- Lead development streams for Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Drive technical design decisions and implementation approaches
- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers
- Design integrations, APIs, plugins, and Azure-based extensions
- Build AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio and custom agents
- Establish engineering best practices and quality standards
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants
- Support technical estimations and solution planning
