Requirements
- Figma mastery.
- Relevant design portfolio.
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- Basic understanding of venture capital, fintech, or SaaS startup industries.
- Strong affinity for brand and web design OR ability to prototype concepts (Webflow/React/Claude Code/Cursor).
- Interest in UI details and microinteractions, animation (After Effects/Jitter), or copywriting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a partner designer on two-person project teams.
- Communicate directly with clients, join workshops, and present design work.
- Manage multiple projects in flight (typically 2-3 at a time) with 4-8 week durations.
- Design across brand, web, and product domains including dashboards and onboarding flows.
- Maintain project momentum alongside the head of delivery.
