Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with ben-admin or HCM platforms like Workday, ADP, Employee Navigator, or PlanSource.
- Experience configuring or supporting benefits within an HCM or ben-admin platform.
- Understanding of API concepts and tools such as REST APIs, JSON, Postman, or Swagger.
- Experience in operations, implementation, or technical enablement within group benefits.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within agile delivery teams.
- Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection.
- Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in third-party platforms and their integration with internal systems regarding eligibility, enrollment, billing, and EOI.
- Partner with implementation, operations, and technology teams to identify risks, configuration gaps, and data mapping issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and operational issues.
- Analyze trends and operational patterns to create documentation, standards, and playbooks.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and product improvements to enhance onboarding workflows and scalability.
