Requirements
- Workday HCM Certification (mandatory).
- Workday Compensation Certification (preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism, beyond a beginner level.
- Solid background in data analysis and data validation.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of data quality.
- Experience working with payroll data (nice to have).
- Knowledge of HR data management processes (nice to have).
- Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-go-live operations (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Review payroll data files received from payroll providers before they are loaded into Workday Prism.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues that prevent successful data loading.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data by validating mandatory fields, correcting incorrect date formats, identifying and removing hidden blanks or formatting issues, and resolving other data inconsistencies.
- Take ownership of data quality and proactively address data-related issues independently.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality data is available for reporting and analysis.
