Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial product experience with at least one product delivered at scale.
- Full product lifecycle experience: ideation, validation, delivery, and continuous discovery.
- Experience in the travel industry and delivering sales products for internal/external users.
- Understanding of travel industry specifics: seasonality, booking processes, and reservation systems.
- Proficiency in product and agile methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
- Expertise in prioritization techniques and backlog management.
- Basic knowledge of software development processes to collaborate with technical teams.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Documented ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and with incomplete data.
- Strong self-organization and multi-priority management.
Responsibilities
- Create product strategy, vision, and goals (e.g., OKRs) aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Lead continuous discovery, validate hypotheses via prototypes/MVP/AB tests, and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and manage backlogs with clear justification.
- Translate business and user needs into requirements, user stories, and PRDs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team and sign off on features.
- Define and monitor success metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue) and report results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to lead sales products and plan market launches.
