Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience in Python programming.
- Very good knowledge of the Django framework.
- Strong analytical skills and a mathematical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in algorithm design, data processing, and implementing complex business logic.
- Ability to model business processes and dependencies in code.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Ability to independently solve complex technical problems.
- Willingness to work in a small, product-focused team and understand the business domain.
- Good self-organization and experience in remote work.
- Familiarity with React and Next.js for frontend tasks (nice to have).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, comparison engines, marketplaces, recommendation systems, or scoring/data analysis products (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Develop backend applications in Python and Django.
- Design and implement data processing algorithms for comparison modules.
- Develop and optimize scoring, ranking, and classification mechanisms for products.
- Model business logic and translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Analyze large datasets and build mechanisms to automate decision-making processes.
- Integrate the system with external platforms and services via API.
- Design and manage data in PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Create automated tests and maintain software quality and stability.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO/CTO and product team on new features.
