Requirements
- Active, independent clinical license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).
- 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
- Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.
- Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to a population ranging from children to young adults.
- Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via a unified digital dashboard.
- Manage a caseload that fits your lifestyle with a minimum of 5 hours per week.
- Specialize in low-acuity cases focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
- Transition existing private clients to the platform optionally.
