Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Residence in Texas
- Previous outbound call center, appointment-setting, inside sales, or retention experience preferred
- Confidence making back-to-back outbound calls and responding to objections
- Comfortable working toward measurable individual performance goals
- Windows 11 computer with minimum 16 GB RAM
- Two monitors
- Wired Ethernet connection with reliable high-speed internet
- Noise-canceling USB headset
- Quiet, private workspace
- Ability to complete a required background check
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to existing healthcare plan members
- Communicate with members in both English and Spanish
- Explain available healthcare services and their benefits using approved information
- Build rapport quickly and professionally
- Answer basic member questions and address concerns
- Help eligible members schedule appointments
- Accurately document call outcomes
- Meet established expectations for attendance, quality, call activity, and appointment conversion
