Requirements
- 5–11 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core and modern backend application development.
- Strong experience with NodeJS and building scalable backend services.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed backend systems.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, service communication, error handling, and system reliability.
- Experience with software architecture, design patterns, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of version control, code reviews, and testing practices.
- Ability to independently own technical problems from design through implementation and production support.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and orchestration frameworks using .NET and NodeJS.
- Build reliable APIs, microservices, workflow components, and service integrations.
- Develop orchestration logic for coordinating multiple services, processes, and asynchronous workflows.
- Design systems that are resilient, fault-tolerant, scalable, and capable of handling high-volume workloads.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze existing systems, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance and reliability improvements.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations between internal and external services.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to improving engineering standards.
