Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- 24 months of experience as a Cloud Engineer II, Technical Project Manager, Staff Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or closely related role.
- Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, including Infrastructure Modernization, Data Engineering, and App Development.
- Ability to manage the full project lifecycle using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, profit and loss (P&L), and client payment schedules.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role delivering technology solutions for external customers.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheets, MS Project, and Google Workspace.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Database Engineer certification.
- Strong ability to draft proposals, structure deals, and present financials to executives and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end delivery of Google Cloud and Workspace projects for external clients.
- Handle project planning, resource management, governance, risk management, and retrospectives.
- Draft proposals, structure deals, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with sales teams.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and other project managers.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication from C-suite to technical levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Solution Architecture, and Cloud Economics to align on requirements.
- Utilize Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution and delivery.
