Requirements
- Technical curiosity with a drive to understand root causes of problems.
- Structured approach to learning and building mental models of complex systems.
- High agency and ability to thrive in an autonomous problem-solving environment.
- Experience building distributed systems (Senior requirement).
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with cloud-native stacks (AWS DynamoDB, Kinesis, Lambda, Step Functions).
Responsibilities
- Own initiatives from planning to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Build a comprehensive mental model of the Treasury ecosystem to understand money movement.
- Improve system resilience and ensure high reliability and correctness for ledger and funds flow.
- Maintain backend services including ACH, wire infrastructure, and reconciliation systems.
- Lead architectural direction and solve complex technical challenges (for Senior level).
