Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- QSC Q-SYS certification.
- 4+ years in a corporate IT or AV integration environment, with at least 3 years working directly with commercial AV systems.
- Proficiency in supporting video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, Logitech, and Neat.
- Programming and automation experience (e.g., Python, Ansible, PowerShell) to build tools and automate repetitive AV tasks.
- Strong understanding of AV over IP technologies and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with AV control system logic and user interface design.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for deployments, testing, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and support of AV technologies for deployment projects globally.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and AV integrators to design, automate, and deploy solutions that align with company standards.
- Develop and manage scripts, tools, and automation pipelines for provisioning and managing AV systems.
- Analyze, test, install, document, and support audio/video over IP solutions in a global, converged network environment.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support AV operations and upgrades in production.
- Produce scopes of work, documentation, and vendor communications for new AV installations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of deployed AV configurations, including change history.
- Lead root cause analysis and provide Tier 3 support for complex AV escalations.
