Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager or PMO in HR IT projects.
- Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in hypercare and post-go-live system stabilization.
- Ability to coordinate activities across business teams, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
- Strong stakeholder, risk, and escalation management skills.
- Independence, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Very good English and Polish.
- Experience with MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (asset).
- German language skills (strong advantage).
Responsibilities
- Provide IT-side governance following the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central go-live.
- Coordinate the hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Track outstanding topics, action items, follow-up tasks, and corrective measures.
- Prioritize activities and monitor their timely completion.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
- Coordinate cooperation between HR project leadership, IT teams, implementation partners, and senior management.
- Oversee the further rollout of MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud.
