Requirements
- 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Eloqua solutions.
- Deep knowledge of campaign management, segmentation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows.
- Proven experience implementing Oracle Eloqua integrations with Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales.
- Experience working with Eloqua APIs, integration frameworks, and data synchronization.
- Experience across the full implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, integration, migration, testing, and deployment.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Strong understanding of testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and release management processes.
- Experience collaborating with onsite and offshore teams in a global delivery model.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle Eloqua solutions.
- Prepare functional and technical design documentation aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Configure and customize Oracle Eloqua for campaign execution, lead management, segmentation, and automated workflows.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales.
- Support data migration, synchronization, validation, and integration across connected systems.
- Plan and execute testing including unit, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate production deployment activities and provide post-go-live stabilization and hypercare support.
