Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning a product area end-to-end.
- Solid working understanding of HR processes and the HR/HCM business domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong grounding in product management methodology, agile practice, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to build and prioritize a roadmap using data, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrixed organization with competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of Payroll and Talent Management (TM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with change management and how organizations adopt new HR tools.
- Product Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSPO) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for the HR & Compensation modules.
- Translate market requirements and business cases into clear specifications for Engineering, UX, and Test.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Build and manage the feature backlog, balancing business priority against technical feasibility and scalability.
- Coordinate feature delivery across agile teams and identify cross-team dependencies.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Triage the defect queue and drive resolution with engineering according to SLA.
- Present product vision, strategy, and results to executive leadership and customers.
