Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial development experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with Go in production environments.
- Higher education degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience with AI implementation and configuration.
- Background in fintech or banking domains with complex integration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Go concurrency (goroutines, channels).
- Proven experience designing and maintaining production-grade gRPC microservices.
- Experience with containerizing and deploying backend services.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and migrations.
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka for event-driven systems.
- Experience designing scalable, highly available systems for high-throughput workloads.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve a real-time cross-selling platform handling real-time data flows and business logic.
- Own the backend powering multiple user-facing apps within a gRPC-based microservice architecture.
- Design and maintain REST and gRPC APIs for integration with insurance platforms and third-party services.
- Model and manage transactional data in PostgreSQL, including audit trails for policies and claims.
- Implement event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ or Kafka for reliable asynchronous communication.
- Write unit and integration tests focusing on monetary calculations and accuracy.
- Instrument services with Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring and alerting.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions favoring scalability and fault tolerance.
