Requirements
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong background in Digital Signal Processing and time-series analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Python, including NumPy, SciPy, and pandas.
- Experience in algorithm/software validation, testing, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with large datasets and data reconciliation workflows.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Fluent English (B2/C1).
- Fluent Polish (B2).
Responsibilities
- Provide signal processing expertise to engineering, migration, and clinical teams.
- Investigate data discrepancies, anomalies, and edge cases using statistical methods.
- Analyze and document existing signal processing algorithms to support validation and knowledge transfer.
- Design validation frameworks, test cases, and acceptance criteria for algorithm comparison.
- Develop CSV-based comparison workflows to identify, classify, and quantify output differences.
- Collaborate with engineers and data migration specialists to resolve data integrity issues and ensure full traceability of findings.
