Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, Power Platform, or solution architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience designing Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Deep understanding of Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, Azure services, authentication, data architecture, security, and ALM.
- Experience with multiple Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights).
- Experience leading technical discovery and solution design workshops.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Lead solution discovery and architecture discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Define the overall application and integration architecture, including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, and external systems.
- Provide technical direction to developers and review proposed implementation approaches.
- Support pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution presentations, technical workshops, and proposals.
- Document key design principles, assumptions, and architectural trade-offs.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft and Dynamics 365 best practices for maintainability and security.
