Requirements
- Expert database knowledge with the ability to create complex code to process and interpret large volumes of detailed data.
- Experience with visualization and BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.
- Advanced experience in SQL in using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2016+.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical resources.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Very strong problem solving, decision making, multi-tasking, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile/Lean Six Sigma.
- A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure, remaining open to change and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work with operational teams to develop analytic and business intelligence solutions.
- Create complex stored procedures to extract and transform data for use in data analysis and process automation.
- Become a Disability data subject matter expert.
- Visualize and present data for management using software tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Support ad-hoc requests for data and analysis from the business.
- Partner with the Advanced Analytics team of Data Scientists on various projects.
