Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant Data Analyst or Data Science position.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or engineering field.
- Proficiency with common analysis tools including SQL, R, and Python.
- Solid experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI).
- Experience with big data technology such as Hadoop, Redshift, Spark, Presto, or Hive.
- Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and set priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience implementing LLMs in business applications.
- Preferred: Experience with regulatory compliance, financial trading analysis, or AI-related domains.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, mine, and model large volumes of business data to extract valuable insights.
- Oversee high-performing data analyst team members while designing analytical models.
- Develop complex visualizations and data systems to support regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with compliance stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver on high-impact analytical use cases.
- Analyze PB-scale transactional, operational, and customer data using proprietary and open-source tools.
- Support business stakeholders by managing data requests and assessing the impact of business changes.
