Requirements
- Currently reside in India and have strong familiarity with Indian culture, current trends, and popular culture.
- Be proficient in Hindi and English, with strong comprehension and online research abilities.
- Demonstrate curiosity about technology, artificial intelligence, online search, and digital content.
- Possess strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate information objectively and determine its relevance.
- Be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining consistent quality and accuracy.
- Have the self-discipline and time-management skills required to work effectively and independently from home.
- Be available for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a personal computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.
- Have reliable antivirus software installed on your computer.
- Be able to complete and pass the required training modules and evaluation test before starting the project.
- Only one Search Quality Rater may participate per household.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate search engine results and online content against defined quality, relevance, and accuracy guidelines.
- Review a range of content formats, including text, images, audio, and video, and provide structured feedback.
- Conduct online research to determine whether search results appropriately meet user intent and expectations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of AI data used to enhance search and digital experiences.
- Apply critical thinking to assess the relevance, significance, and quality of information encountered online.
- Consistently meet established quality and accuracy standards and applicable project service-level requirements.
- Complete assigned work independently and reliably while following agreed schedules and project instructions.
- Successfully complete required training and client assessments before beginning evaluation work.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable project policies, including the required non-disclosure agreement.
