Requirements

- Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience with cloud adoption and application modernization.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Analytical and decision-making abilities for resolving complex issues and identifying risks.
- Experience with operational excellence, including incident management and performance monitoring.
- Understanding of secure software development, vulnerability management, and technology risk/governance.
- Ability to contribute to project estimation, planning, and resource forecasting.
- Comfortable evaluating emerging technologies and identifying innovation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of software applications.
- Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and development approaches for scalability and security.
- Manage technical debt and identify opportunities for application modernization and sustainability.
- Provide strategic advisory services to business and technology stakeholders on application strategy and integration.
- Promote engineering excellence through automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including architects and product owners, to align solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee application support, service-level performance, and complex incident resolution.
- Ensure technology initiatives meet security, risk management, and regulatory governance requirements.
