Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Available for night shifts starting between 8:00 PM â 12:00 AM (Malaysia Time).
- Available to work weekends based on the company roster.
- Successfully pass pre-assessment, English assessment, and Arabic assessment.
- Complete 3-week online training (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4 PM).
- Complete 4-week mentoring period on night shift schedule.
- Commit to 5 working days per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate Arabic â English live interpretation across industries including healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services.
- Communicate professionally with speakers of different accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout every call.
- Attend all training and mentoring sessions as scheduled.
