Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Proven track record operating at a senior engineer level or equivalent.
- Experience working directly with Product Managers.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack.
- Strong communication skills, both async and in real-time.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools.
- Advanced English level proficiency.
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce, fintech, private capital, or alternative asset management.
Responsibilities
- Own the timing, coordination, and follow-up for assigned projects and initiatives.
- Partner directly with Product Managers on scoping, planning, and prioritization of features.
- Design, build, and ship high-quality code at a consistent pace using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on best practices, code quality, and problem-solving.
- Contribute to and help improve team processes and procedures.
- Incorporate AI-assisted development tools into daily engineering workflows.
