Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or inbound demand generation.
- Experience in B2B, tech, SaaS, or agency settings.
- Hands-on proficiency in writing sharp copy and tweaking landing pages.
- Ability to independently set up digital campaigns.
- Practical, daily experience integrating modern AI tools and workflows for execution.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High autonomy, curiosity, and a bias for action.
- Submission of a portfolio or relevant work examples including campaigns, landing pages, or written content.
Responsibilities
- Design conversion funnels, landing pages, and anchor offers to drive qualified B2B conversations.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling LinkedIn content, case studies, landing page copy, and visual assets.
- Use agentic AI tools and automation to multiply research, copywriting, and content production output.
- Directly ship and iterate assets using tools like WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Figma, and Google Ads.
- Monitor core KPIs and partner with leadership to optimize for real qualified leads and revenue.
