Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
- Strong experience with React (especially with hooks) and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, or strong desire and ability to learn it quickly.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of state management approaches (e.g., Context API, Redux) and frontend performance optimization.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Exposure to or experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (CEFR C1 or equivalent).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of high-quality, scalable features while mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC standards and best practices.
- Own code quality through solution design participation, rigorous testing, integration validation, and comprehensive code reviews.
- Serve as the technical escalation point, resolving complex issues to keep projects on track.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, risks, and timelines through stand-ups, Jira, and Slack.
- Take full ownership of assigned features, delivering release-ready work on time.
- Drive continuous improvement through process, design, and documentation enhancements.
