Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in information security or GRC/Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS required, GCP valued).
- Familiarity with security tooling (e.g., CrowdStrike or similar EDR/XDR platforms).
- Operational experience running SOC 2 programs in production environments.
- Understanding of AI/LLM security risks and AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act).
- Working knowledge of security frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Ability to communicate security concepts to institutional clients.
- Experience with security compliance in financial services or regulated industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI usage policies, governance frameworks, and security controls.
- Operate the SOC 2 compliance program, including audit coordination and evidence collection.
- Conduct security risk assessments, phishing simulations, and vulnerability management.
- Manage the end-to-end client Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) process.
- Oversee CrowdStrike Falcon Complete operations, including alert triage and configuration.
- Manage vendor security assessments and third-party risk.
- Support identity and access management programs and access reviews.
